My sample albums arrived & they are gorgeous!   IMO, this is a product that can’t be skipped, no matter the type of session (well, for a headshot session it would be kind of vain but besides that…..).  They’re a beautiful, high-end display piece & a perfect way to get most or all of the images from your session in a tangible form.  Right now they are priced to sell at $400 for 20 sides & $650 for 40 sides but those prices won’t stick around for long!

Many ways to customize the album:
6by6, 8by8, 10by10 sizes
20/40/60 page spreads
3 page choices:  Art watercolor, Art linen, Satin lustre-coated
35 cover options – suede, leather, fabric, custom photo from your session & custom metallic photo:

6by6, 20 sides with teal fabric cover & satin lustre pages
8by8, 20 sides with custom metallic photo cover & art watercolor pages
8by8, 40 sides with dark red alligator leather cover & art linen pages

b/c Rancho Cucamonga doesn’t quit!  Here’s a tiny sneak from today’s sessions with two more adorable girls from the IE.

CK Faves

Some faves from our headshot session with aspiring Roxy-style model CK.  She’s perfect for it– she totally gives off a healthy, beach vibe!

My second nephew – older but just as cute as the newest one.  :)

Professional Eating

June 9, 2010

A TN visit means eating daily delicious, chef-like prepared meals. Both my dad & stepmom are excellent cooks and if what they say is true, my dad makes these elaborate from-scratch meals almost every night of the week.

Eggs Benedict, Pasta with Sausage (that’s not an individual bowl, btw), Shrimp Salad served in a Romaine Leaf:

Grilled corn, zucchini & squash, Salad (my dad makes great salads & they have one with every dinner), Rutabaga & Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes (using a ricer they turn out extra creamy):

Gravy with Onions & Mushrooms, Mashed Potatoes, Salad, Cubesteak

Strawberry Cake (I made that!) & Scones with dried fruit & topping:

The Prep:

We did a (few) blind taste tests to see which Sweet Tea Vodka we preferred.  AMSW & I liked the Seagram’s.  Cheap dates.
