Fun with Macro

Last week I rented a macro lens from BorrowLenses.com to use for a particular session & it suited my style so well since I love getting close. Add it to my list of must-haves! I was extremely pleased with my Borrow Lenses experience, as well.

New Backgrounds

I’m excited to offer several new headshot backgrounds for those who like the look of a studio background! I like the natural environment look a lot, but I love color so I tend to like these a lot, too. My set-up arrived by mail yesterday and while it was so, so fun to do a test shoot with my juice container, I tweeted for a model willing to come asap. KL was just leaving an audition, so she stopped by for a quick shoot, no special clothes or make-up for the occasion. I love how they turned out!

New backgrounds are: purple, green, aqua, white, and pink (not shown). (In case you aren’t familiar with your colors….)

My sample albums arrived & they are gorgeous! IMO, this is a product that can’t be skipped, no matter the type of session (well, for a headshot session it would be kind of vain but besides that…..). They’re a beautiful, high-end display piece & a perfect way to get most or all of the images from your session in a tangible form.
