…..but not just for actors! Headshot sessions are for anyone who needs an image of their face for promotional reasons– maybe it’s for a website, flyer, or other marketing material.
Many actors are quite naturally charming + comfortable in front of the camera even without knowing the photographer
but I am more than happy to meet in-person before the shoot so we can chat it up a bit before the big day. I also highly recommend arranging a conversation between myself + your agent if the shoot is intended to produce specific shots for his or her submissions. It will be worth the time + effort to get it right the first time – agents are people, too, and may have pet peeves about photos we will never know about unless we ask. If you are new to the industry, during our consultation I will discuss some general things to keep in mind for your shots + help you determine what you want them to “say”.
